Automatic Resistance Adjustment:

Q1S Auto Electromagnetic and Q1S Self-Powered support smart resistance adjustment. When using the Merach APP, the machine will automatically adjust resistance in real-time based on the instructor’s settings. No manual adjustment is needed.

Q1S Manual does not have this function; you need to adjust the resistance manually.

Power Source:

Q1S Self-Powered rower is self-powered, meaning no external power source is needed. Simply start rowing, and the display will turn on. You can use it anywhere without worrying about power outlets.

Q1S Auto Electromagnetic must be plugged into a power outlet to function.

Q1S Manual Resistance runs on batteries.
